In this episode, the show kicks off with a riveting medley of songs that the phenomenal band, Black Crows, closed their show with at the unforgettable Brews and Blues event back in September.

The album, Dancing With Wolves, brought together a talented trio from Nashville who skillfully meshed their sound with a pedal steel player and keyboardist, creating a record that fans won't soon forget.
The episode goes on to feature the inimitable drive-by truckers owners of the hot new record, English Oceans. This segment closes with a track that's equal parts catchy and compelling.

Monday Jan 15, 2024
This is Oteil and Friends from Lock'n in 2019. Neal Casal was playing guitar that day. No one could imagine it would be the last day of his life as he suicided the next day. Some of his leads in this set are sublime, reminding us all of what a loss it was, both as a human being and as a musician.

Away from the Mire Jams 2022
Tuesday Jul 05, 2022
Tuesday Jul 05, 2022
Billy Strings has completely knocked me out in 2022. I've seen him play Away form the Mire three times live, listened to it live on Mixlr and on Nugs.net and during the jam in the song I constantly think to myself, "this is some of the best music I have ever heard."
Here are 7 different jams from 2022. The set starts out with St Augustine form 4/30 and ends with it as well as it is honestly one of the most amazing pieces of music I've ever heard. In the second version, I layed the track on top of itself with roughly a half a seocnd delay and it creates a very cool effect. It sounds liek there are 20 guitars playing.
It's great ambient music, cool to have on when you're just toooling around, and suddenly the music pulls you in and you go, "wow" just wow.
